Our Mission

To repair or service your vehicle to your satisfaction the first time, on time and at a competitive price.

To gain your trust and for you to believe in our Honda factory trained staff of Technicians and Service Advisors who are experts when it comes to Honda automobiles and are more familiar with all aspects of them than any place else.

We have the latest in Honda special tools and equipment, which give us access to the most current computer diagnostic information and assistance from Honda technical specialists.

Our Staff

Comprised of the most highly trained Honda technicians and Service Advisors in Western New York including:
  • 2 Master Technicians
  • 1 Gold Level Service Advisor
  • 6 Gold/Platinum Technicians
  • 8 ASE Certified Technicians
  • 5 Technicians with over 20 years of experience at Ontario Honda

Our Service Loaner Program

No charge loaner vehicles are available while your vehicle is in for service. Please request a loaner at the time of scheduling your appointment. As a courtesy to the next customer using the loaner, please replace the gas you have used and remove all your personal belongings.

Our Express Service

We offer no appointment lube, oil and filter changes and NYS Inspections Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. Our goal is to have the work performed in 30 minutes or less for an oil change and 45 minutes or less for both the oil change and NYS inspection.

Our Lifetime Lube, Oil & Filter Change Program

We offer the original Lifetime Lube, Oil & Filter Program which provides you with no charge oil changes as long as you do our recommended, paid services at Ontario Honda. Call or see us for details.
